You will also have to ensure that the airlines’ security policies and procedures are strictly applied.
At the Ticketing, you handle the worst-case scenarios, moving passengers to new flights as quickly as possible and with the least possible impact on their experience.
At Lost & Found, you take the time to welcome passengers arriving with missing or damaged baggage. You establish a precise description of the baggage and contact different stakeholders in order to organize the routing of the baggage.
Our Marhaba lounges are a welcoming place where customers can spend a pleasant moment ahead of their flight, and benefit from food and beverage services. During their stay, you guarantee an experience that lives up to our standards. Through the quality of your service and a personalized approach and positive interactions, you will ensure their overall satisfaction.
You will pay particular attention to our customers’ needs to ensure that they feel welcome and have a pleasant stay. Your role will also include assisting our VIP, First and Business Class passengers through airport formalities with a dedicated limousine service, from check-in to boarding.
