Specific activities related to marhaba services :

- Lounge management
- Reception of passengers
- Preparation of buffets in accordance with hygiene and presentation regulations
- Maintaining the good presentation of the lounges
- Preparation and management of inventories and orders
- Preparation of food
- Cleaning of lounges
- Management and organisation of VIP services (with or without limousine)
- Driving of a limousine on the Tarmac
- Management of lounge administration and premium services
- Respect and ensure compliance with the safety, health and security regulations issued by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation, the airport, the authorities, the client companies and dnata's internal directives.
