From the check-in counters to the boarding gates you ensure that a strict adherence to airline's policies and safety procedures is maintained throughout the airport journey. You also welcome all our guests professionally and assist them during their travel experience.
Marhaba Lounges, Lost & Found
You will interact with customers and ensure they have a great experience when dinning at our lounges. You will ensure positive customer interactions while serving beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
You are expected to be attentive to the customers needs making them feel welcomed, comfortable, important and relaxed. You'll also meet and guide our valued guests (VIP's, Business & First Class passengers) through the airport formalities.
