Administration

The administration brings together all the support services divided in the following departments:

Human Resources (Geneva & Zurich) :

From their arrival and throughout their professional career at dnata, the HR teams support employees for their recruitment, integration, career development, advising whenever needed, salary management and other various administrative tasks.

Formation (Geneva & Zurich) :

Training is central to dnata, which is why we have a team that is totally dedicated to it. Operating in an industry with many specificities and regulations, the Training team aims to support employees throughout their journey with dnata by providing them with all necessary tools and skills to safely carry out their daily duties. dnata provides training for all operational functions both for new recruits wishing to discover this exciting industry, as well as experienced employees wishing to further develop themselves.

Resource Planning (Geneva & Zurich) :

This service carries out the planning for several hundred employees working in our operational departments. The Centralized Planning Team compiles several sources of information, allowing them to establish the precise and detailed requirements necessary for the smooth running of our operations. They take account of operational situations to establish staff schedules in strict compliance with the regulations in force.

Quality, Insurance & Compliance (Geneva & Zurich) :

This department assesses compliance with regulatory standards, quality and performance indicators as well as customer satisfaction. It evaluates the organization’s potential of development and promotes continuous improvement. As such, the company operates within a safe and secure framework in compliance with legal standards and high requirements of dnata, our customers and airports.

Commercial & Marketing (Geneva & Zurich) :

The Commercial team develops relationships with airlines and partners and ensures that their needs are met. Closely linked with the Marketing department, their synergy contributes to the development and enhancement of our services and corporate image. The Commercial and Marketing departments work closely with the Quality, Insurance & Compliance teams to ensure that contracts with our customers are properly executed.

Safety & Security (Geneva & Zurich) :

The priority of the Safety & Security division is the application and constant development of our safety and security policy to guarantee a safe environment for all our personnel in compliance with current regulations. As safety is one of our fundamental values, the teams in Geneva and Zurich not only work on communication and the correct application of rules, but also on safety campaigns, risk analysis and the implementation of corrective measures.

IT (Geneva & Zurich) :

The IT department is in charge of maintaining and develop our IT equipment and tools. Our specialists design, document and install web applications and IT systems required for the smooth running of our stations. They apply ongoing and corrective maintenance to existing applications to guarantee 100% availability and counter potential cyber-attacks. They also manage the entire IT network between our two stations, Geneva and Zurich, and work closely with our suppliers.

Finance (Zurich) :

This department, based at our Zurich station, continuously monitors the company's financial health through invoicing, accounting, treasury and analysis operations. It controls all our day-to-day incoming and outgoing transactions and also meets the requirements of the annual audit. The Finance department works closely with our parent company, based in Dubai.
